Walk up the private staircase and pause to enjoy the spectacular treetop and waterfront views from your own wraparound deck before entering your 900 sq. ft. oasis. Enjoy access to your own lawn, picnic table and beach* area and all that Georgian Bay and the area has to offer. *water levels fluctuate Insta: sunset_beach_cottage_canada The space This breathtaking log guesthouse boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with built-in microwave, full-sized fridge and range, designer granite counter tops and a giant island for breakfast or pre-dinner cocktails. The main living space has a dining table that seats four and opens onto the living area with comfy furniture to curl up on and enjoy the included Netflix and Xbox games. Guest access You will have access to your own lawn and beach area, separate from the owners. Two bikes are available on-site for your use on the Tay Trail and to get around town (there's a great pub just down the road!). Please note, use of the dock and dockage for your own watercraft is not included. Other things to note Please note this is a waterfront cottage property that does not have air conditioning. We rely on the amazing breezes coming off Georgian Bay and the many windows and large patio doors to cool the guesthouse in summer. Ceiling fans are throughout and a portable floor fan is available for guests to place where they’d like.
