The space Self contained 2 bedroom apartment with free parking on site and your own private access to the apartment, newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom complete with washing machine. You enter the property via the private steps up to the deck area where you have key code access to the property. You will enter into the living/dining area with open plan kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, full size oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. Ecostore dishwashing liquid is provided. The bathroom has electric underfloor heating and a separate shower cubicle. There is a hairdrier and ecostore toiletries included (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap). There are two lovely appointed bedrooms with new luxury sleepyhead hotelier beds complete with linen sheets and natural lambswool duvets. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, also a day bed/window seat with stunning views. The other larger bedroom has a super-king bed which can also be split into two singles if required. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobe storage and blackout blinds. The apartment has a Mitsubishi heat pump for cooling and heating with remote control. The living space is a comfortable area for 4 people and opens out to a spacious deck area with seating and a new Weber Q barbecue and utensils solely for guest use. NB. Please message me at least a week in advance should you require the super-king bed to be made into two single beds so we can prepare for your arrival. Guest access Access to the property is via the lower driveway with two allocated parking spaces and steps leading up to the private entrance and decked terrace area. Other things to note Serendipity is a separate, self contained, 2 bedroom apartment, which occupies the downstairs area of a split level accommodation. It has no internal access with the upstairs accommodation and has its own separate driveway and entrance with 2 allocated car parking spaces. A staircase leads you up from the car park to a private entrance and decked terrace area with stunning views. The upstairs accommodation is permanently rented out to long-term tenants.
