Also, it’s important to the note that although I have a full bath tub, the instant on demand hot water doesn’t make enough hot water to fill the tub. It might take two go rounds! The trash and recycling bins are located on the right side of the house as you're looking at the house. Guest access You will have the whole house! Other things to note The Goat Trail, which connects with the Mt Sanitas Trail, is located one block behind the house and 1 block to the north on 3rd and Forest. There is a trailhead marked 'Goat Trail'. It is a windy trail which heads across and up the hillside for about 1/2 a mile before connecting with the main Mt Sanitas Trail. From this connection point, it is another mile to the top. It's much steeper but the views are worth it!
