Duchy House is located on the junction of the Strand and Waterloo Bridge and within easy reach of major attractions such as: Somerset House, The Courtauld Gallery, South Bank London, Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Oxford Street. Excellent travel links make Duchy House easy to get to, with 5 underground stations less than 800 meters from the property and several bus routes operating nearby. The space Duchy House is a 19th century building and has both double and single occupancy bedrooms across four floors, with lift access. Our bedrooms range in size and guests have a choice of rooms with either ensuite or shared shower room facilities. All guests have access to a communal kitchen located on each floor for basic self-catering, with common rooms and an onsite laundry is also available for use in the basement. Guests may also request rear facing rooms, and we will endeavour to accommodate such requests subject to room availability.
