Our home is blocks from historic downtown New Albany and only 10 minutes from downtown Louisville, KY, and 15 minutes from Churchill Downs...You’ll love our place because of how spacious and uniquely styled it is. It is great for large and small groups alike. The space Our house was built around 1870, so it has a lot of character and beautiful features. We recently finished renovating it, and have enjoyed putting it all together. You will have plenty of room, as the house is 4500 sq ft. There are multiple living areas, and 5 bedrooms and space to set up beds in other rooms. We have a bright spacious kitchen, walk in pantry, library, formal dining, casual dining, formal and casual living rooms. There is a bathroom upstairs with a shower and tub, and two bathrooms downstairs, one with with a shower. Guest access Guests can access to entire house except for our working office. There is parking behind the house, and plenty of additional street parking as well. Other things to note Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or comments during your stay, before any issue may escalate. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE. If found that there was smoking indoors you will be charged a $250 fee. Absolutely no parties We DO have a TV but NOT cable. As it is a smart TV you can log in to your Netflix, Hulu etc... Please be aware if you are bringing small children that there are many breakables and sharp corners at low levels. Jacuzzi tub is temporarily not working. Must climb a few stairs to enter house.
