Our "Klingendahl" apartment is located in the center of Tampere, on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi, just a short walk from services and shops. The apartment is a stunning loft apartment in an old factory building. It has a warm and cosy atmosphere. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay! The apartment is fully equipped and has its own sauna, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment also includes free parking in the building's courtyard. The space The apartment is a loft apartment with kitchen and a private sauna in the bathroom for you to use. There is one Queen size bed and sofa bed in the loft, one single bed in common spaces and a bed sofa in the living room. The apartment hosts 1-7 people. The apartment is fully equipped and you only need to have your personal belongings and hygiene products when staying with us. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment. Guest access Our guests have the whole apartment for themselves. The apartment rent includes parking permit for one car. If you need parking for another car, please contact us to arrange another parking permit (+15 €/day). Other things to note This is a private furnished apartment in a calm neighborhood. Parties etc. are not allowed in the building. We require our quests to fill an online check-in form and sign an online rental agreement before arrival.
