The Blue Beach Condo is a perfect option for a couple. The bright and spacious upstairs condo flat includes living room, kitchen with oven/stove microwave, bathroom & bedroom with partial bay & ocean views. There’s a sunset view from the wooden deck where wine & food are enjoyed. Head outside down the stairs & it's just a short stroll to Tourmaline beach & restaurants. Enjoy the 2 beach bikes, beach chairs, towels & umbrella for free with flat rental! The space The condo is clean & boasts of everything functional & stylish! The guests have ultimate privacy in the upstairs flat. Fire place, air conditioning and fans make the flat the perfect place year round. I, the owner live downstairs and can help guests in recommendations & requests if I’m in town. This space is completely private from the house downstairs. Guest access Park right in front of the house in front of the concrete sidewalk that is located at the right side of the house if looking at the house. Guests may access the garden concrete sidewalk leading up to the gate, then stairway of the private flat of the property. The city of SD conducts street sweeping the first Wednesday & Thursday of the month so please follow the parking signs to avoid ticketing those two days out of the month. The beach flat includes 2 black beach cruisers with helmets so you can bike around! We love riding to the boardwalk and back! Please do not leave the bikes unattended as theft is on the rise and the locked up bikes will get stolen if you leave them out of your sight. Washer and Dryer services are available upon request for an extra fee. Other things to note We would love if guests treat our home like their own. Please do not remove any items from the flat. If we find that items are missing, I will ask you to pay for replacement. If any items become damaged or broken, please notify us immediately. There are 15 steps to go upstairs to the private flat and balcony. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet so please no parties or overly loud music.
