Here's what you'll find: LIVING/DINING AREA: - Upholstered sofa and love seat set - Cable TV - Dining table w/ seating for 4 - Barstool seating for 3 at the adjacent kitchen counter KITCHEN: - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - All major appliances; small appliances - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (coffee filters, napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) BEDROOMS: - Bedroom #1: Queen bed; Roku TV - Bedroom #2: Full/twin bunk bed set w/ twin trundle EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival. PARKING: 1 small covered carport space - compact vehicles only! General area street parking can be used, when available, in the area - some free; some metered. ALSO: The other two units located on-site (1 bedroom/1 bath & 2 bedroom/2 bath) can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family or business groups on the entire property. RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances. There are several local transportation options (uber, the downtowner shuttle, taxi and more), but the best is on your own two feet or a bicycle. Bus service is nearby as well. There is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand (surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing). Easy day excursions can take you to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more!
