The space As you enter through the historic refurbished doors from the Montgomery County courthouse, you know you have come into a special space. The farmhouse was completed in 2002 and designed by a family matriarch who wanted a gathering place for her growing family. It is traditionally furnished, has hardwood and tile floors throughout and includes modern conveniences. On the first floor there is a large living room with a wood burning fireplace, an English pub table and a TV. There is also an open kitchen and dining area, a large bedroom with full bath, utility room with washer & dryer, and a half bath. In the basement there is another gathering area with a TV, card table and ping pong table, in addition to a bedroom and bathroom. Four bedrooms, each with separate bath, are located upstairs. The wrap around porch is a great place to watch the cows graze or to listen to the creek. It is everyone’s favorite place to sip drinks, eat meals, chat with friends and family or just read a book. There are four wrought iron tables with chairs on the porch so it’s a perfect place to entertain large groups. Each of the six large bedrooms has a full bath attached.
