Large house in the countryside ideal for families

Family house with large garden and open views of the mountains. Quiet in the countryside while being 3 km from all amenities and 5 min from the A75, without the nuisances: ideal location for many activities (hiking, biking, visits, swimming, tree climbing...)! Perfectly equipped for families: possibility of large tables, many games for children (indoor and outdoor). We live there with our 2 sons and offer it for rent in our absence in the summer. The space Described as an artists' house by the people who come to the house. You will be in a real living space, with the family's crafts and paintings. We provide bed and house linen: no need to bring your own. We are equipped for a baby: baby bed, highchair, deckchair, baby bath and games. Paradise for children: 1000 m2 garden, with swing, slide, hut, various vehicles and games for children (you can see some of them in photos, but we cannot guarantee that all the games present on them are all still in good condition! But there will be something to do, no matter what!). House on 3 levels: - Ground floor: large entrance, toilet (with a slightly low ceiling for tall people standing), large living room of 75 m2 with open kitchen - 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (those of our boys and the guest room), toilet with laundry area and a bathroom (double sink and bathtub) - Top floor: 1 large bedroom, a large open room with a bed (and possibility to add a double mattress on the floor) and a bathroom (large shower). Warning: on this floor, the open space leads directly to the staircase: do not let young children sleep there. View of the surrounding countryside, pleasant and bright rooms. In the house, you will find games available, for all ages: games for babies (let us know so that we can take them out), games for children (construction, cars, tea set...) and many board games for children and adults. In the garden, in addition to the playgrounds for children and the small vegetable garden, you can enjoy two terrace areas: a first accessible directly through the bay window of the kitchen, in the shade of a shade sail. A second just a little further in the garden, in the shade of the trees, decorated with hammocks. The location of the house will allow you to make many discoveries and walks nearby: small river accessible on foot, Vallée des Saints in Boudes, the Cezallier, the Auvergne animal park, classified villages (Usson, Montpeyroux, etc.), Auvergne Volcano Park, Vernet la Varenne lake or Aydat lake, among others, for swimming, tree climbing, etc. Guest access You'll have access to all of our living spaces.
