Flat screen TV, Mini desk space for laptop & cell phone charging station. Private Bath w/towels & toiletries. All comforts of home - Open kitchen, dining area & family room. Coffee & Tea w/ Self serve breakfast. RV parking friendly on street cul-de-sac Up to approx 25 feet trailer or RV bus. The space Portable BBQ Grill in Back Yard available Guest access Shared Refrigerator Space. Designated space inside refrigerator will be shown. Ice Chest is available for use. During your stay Communication is key and highly encouraged. Feel free to express your needs and concerns. I am open to suggestions and improvement to make your stay more enjoyable. Other things to note Please remove shoes upon entering the home. There is a boot tray next to the door entrance. No pets inside the home due my severe allergies to dogs, cats, birds, etc. Backyard is unfinished and no grass or extended patio from the existing out door patio which is available as a designated area for smoking.
