Manx stone cottage in the five acre grounds of Ballawyllin Farm in the beautiful East Baldwin Valley. Just 10-15 minutes' drive from Douglas. Own hot tub in patio area outside cottage with spectacular views up the valley. The space Spacious bedroom with kingsize bed. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Living / dining area with woodburning stove and widescreen TV. Bathroom with shower (no bath). Note that as the cottage is built on a slope there are short flights of stone steps between each of the rooms. These are narrow and so cannot have handrails fitted. We do not recommend the cottage for people with disabilities or impaired movement or balance. Guest access Exclusive use of cottage, patio and own hot tub. Shared access to remainder of five acre grounds. Other things to note The property is fully registered and inspected by IOM Tourism. The cottage is graded 4* Gold.
