The Farmhouse in Historic Occoquan Close to D.C.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies. The space This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The bedrooms have a king or a queen bed. You are welcome to bring children of all ages. While it isn't baby-proofed, we do provide a pack-n-play for infants. Guest access The gourmet kitchen has a full-size oven, cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Cook your heart out! We provide fresh coffee grounds, Brita filtered water and granola bars for a quick breakfast. There are plenty of dishes and silverware for your use. Dishwasher detergent is available under the sink. We have two full bathrooms (one with a large soaking tub) and a powder room. A clean set of towels will be in your room when you arrive. Additional supplies are in bedroom closets. We have a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Laundry detergent is provided. Trash disposal: Please put your trash into the kitchen garbage bags and put it into one of the large green trash bins at the end of the driveway. Thanks! Other things to note To ensure our cleaner is able to adhere to our strict cleaning protocol we are unable to accommodate early check in. If you book and request a check in earlier than 4 pm we cannot accommodate. Check out is also firm at 11 am. The Town of Occoquan is host to several fun events year round. Be sure to check it out. Being a small town with historic structures and a river nearby the Town of Occoquan is an excellent place to play Pokemon Go! A lot of our guests are repeat visitors and expect a certain level of peacefulness. Therefore we strongly adhere to Airbnbs “No Party” rule. We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies. Should you book and bring a pet or indicate you have a pet we will have to have Airbnb cancel your reservation. We provide a few granola bars as a quick breakfast but we are sure you will find delicious food options in Town. Before you leave, please gather your trash and put it in one of the green bins at the end of the driveway.
