This newly remodeled duplex has been lovingly updated with thoughtful stylish touches throughout to ensure a wonderful stay for our guests. The main floor features a light filled living room with plenty of comfy seating for all. The living room opens to the dining room and then to the newly updated kitchen which also opens to another light filled family room and eat-in kitchen nook. There is also a shared grassy fenced back yard with patio set to enjoy a warm sunny day. The second floor features a completely remodeled bathroom with tub/shower combo and a wonderfully bright master bedroom with a queen bed dresser and nightstands. There are two additional rooms upstairs. One has a sofa (which folds down to a full bed) armoire closet and nightstand, the other bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, and nightstand. All the rooms are spacious and flooded with light. All the beds are comfy with fresh pillows and bedding throughout. We have an awesome location in the heart of Highland Park, just minutes from the MSP airport and 15 minutes from both downtowns. A short walk gets you to our local movie theatre, coffee shops, tea house, book store, restaurants, Mini-Target, and grocery store. Also close to several colleges, parks, rec center, bike and walking trails, the mighty Mississippi River and freeways.
