Downtown secluded Retreat on Almond

This charming one bedroom cottage style apartment is attached to our home in Walnut Creek's historic Almond-Shuey neighborhood. It has a separate entrance and it’s own yard. It’s very private. Located in the heart of downtown, this spacious apartment is just a block away from the shops, theaters and restaurants that Walnut Creek has become known for. San Francisco is just a BART ride away. (nearest station is a 4 block walk). The space This is a one bedroom apartment attached to our home. You get the use of the entire apartment with its own private access. It has a bedroom, bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a living room and a full kitchen with a refrigerator, electric range and microwave. Coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, pots and pans, dishes and utensils are provided. Laundry room is inside the unit. Detergent and bleach is provided. Guest access In addition to the apartment there is a small yard that you and your guest can enjoy. There is also a washer and dryer in a separate space adjoining the apartment that you may have access to upon request. You will have sole use of these appliances. Other things to note The entrance to this apartment is through our yard but behind a private gate. If we are not using our yard and you wish to take advantage of the sitting area just shoot us a text and we will most likely be able to accommodate you. There is a private separate garden area through a gate that is just for you.
