The space Please be very respectful of the neighbor attached to the townhouse, as well as to the neighborhood in general. No cars on the street, only in the garage or driveway to home. No loud noise which neighbors can hear. Animals only by special permission please. Guest access Two car garage Front porch with seating Back patio area with wicker bench which overlooks the open park area behind the house. There is a privacy fence between our yard and the neighbors yard. Other things to note Our neighbor has a little dog so please be aware as you come and go.
