Private bedroom and bathroom. Located within a 3-mile drive (15 minutes) to Old Town Manassas, the Manassas Regional Airport (HEF), and the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) towards Washington DC. We are a cat/dog family. Having said this, please leave your pet behind. The space Private bedroom (queen-size bed) with TV, WiFi, and compact refrigerator ... continental breakfast (buffet) included. - [1] For our weekly/monthly guests, we provide a typical "European-style" continental morning breakfast buffet Monday thru Friday (no extra charge): coffee/tea, orange juice, one boiled egg, fruit, bagel or muffin (see photo). - [2] You are welcomed to use our kitchen (microwave, stove, and oven) for your other culinary needs - as long as you clean after yourself and deposit your used equipment in the dishwasher (see photo). - [3] For our weekly/monthly guests, we will clean your bedroom and bathroom prior to our arrival and every WED and FRI thereafter. - [4] Your bathroom is located in the upper level and adjacent to your bedroom - no one uses the bathroom other than you (see photo). - [5] Inasmuch we have a 4-yr old golden retriever and a 1 yr-old adopted cat, please leave your pets behind. - [6] Inasmuch we are smoke-friendly, smoking is not allowed inside our home, just only allowed on our outside deck. Guest access Please feel free to roam and relax on the main level: - living room / kitchen - outdoor deck (smoke-friendly) Please feel free to use the kitchen (on the main level): - microwave - convention oven Please feel free to use our washer/drier - at no extra cost: - located in the lower level / aka "dungeon" During your stay We will indeed respect your need for privacy. Having said this, your guests should leave the premises by 10 pm EST. Other things to note We truly indeed thank you for your interest in staying with us. Having said this, and with all due respect, we have an issue with "visitors" ... we are not running a motel/hotel ... we are just making available - via Air B&B - one of our spare bedrooms for a "geographical bachelor" temporarily in need of a place to stay (min = 2 days / max = 60 days) near Manassas VA ... If this does not meet your needs, you might consider looking elsewhere.
