My space is the entire second floor which includes a large bedroom with queen size bed and tv. You have your own thermostat and window air conditioner in the summer. My house is approximately 10 minutes from the beach and within walking distance to several local restaurants and small shops. I'm about 1/2 mile from the bike path also. There is only one bathroom in the house on the first floor but I do try to work around everyone's needs as I know they are mostly here for vacation. Guest access Guests are allowed full access to all rooms and the bathroom is shared. During your stay I have lived in this area for 60 years and can advise you on the best local spots to eat and fun things to do. Other things to note I only host one guest at a time.
