insert description here The space This is not a 16 person house that is CRAMMED in dormitory style. This is a 3,800 square foot 4 bedroom 3 full bath, 1 half bath house with a large kitchen, living room, and basement. The basement has a section with a full queen bed off to one side open to the basement along with a queen size pull out couch and a fold down full size fold down futon that can all sleep 2 people without counting any couch spots. It has 2 outdoor areas in the upper deck plus a large covered lower patio. The massage chair was $2,350 and worth it! Please keep kids out, no sharp objects, food, drink, and remove shoes to use the chair. There is also a fairly soundproof office right by the entrance with an exterior double insulated French door for plenty of office space if you needed some peace and quite to focus and lock yourself away for a bit. You can easily plug in your laptop for a full office experience with the full keyboard, mouse, 2nd monitor/TV, and you can use the laser printer/scanner/copier. Guest access The whole house except for the service closet that is locked in the basement. It holds supplies, paints, and supplies that are safer locked away from children. If it is ever accidentally left unlocked, please turn the lock into the locked position on the inside and push the door shut. Thank you. Other things to note Security Camera Locations. There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door, one located on the back patio by the back door, one over the driveway, and a delivery camera in the garage for the Amazon In Garage Delivery Service that we use to restock the maid supplies. Please be careful not to drive or trip over packages and if the drivers fail to put the items on the shelves as instructed, please put them out of the way for safety. Thank you!
