Upon entry to this home, you will be greeted with spectacular views through the 3 window glass door leading to the private balcony that showcases the many shades of blue the ocean and maybe even dolphins playing in the surf. You will find a charming kitchen fully stocked with all you need to enjoy a quiet dinner in a spacious dining area open to the living spaces allowing you to enjoy the views from anywhere you are. The primary bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser, Smart TV, 2 windows facing the ocean, an additional sliding door to the balcony, and a private primary bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen and a twin bed with drawers just next door to the second bathroom. You will also appreciate the in unit washer and dryer available for your use. You will be glad to know that this unit also has an elevator and luggage carts available for use as well as a ramp that leads to the pool. You will have access to the entire unit and be able to enjoy all of amenities that Topsail Dunes Condo has to offer. As a host, I am always available via phone or email! Topsail Dunes condos have plenty of parking available, a pool, park/picnic area, grills, a private boardwalk with ramps to the beach and pool. You will be delighted by the views of the sound on the front side and the ocean on the back. A grocery store and retail spaces are just a 10 minute drive away allowing the convenience of finding what you need, but still enjoying a quiet beach setting. Topsail Dunes has plenty of parking and you will be provided with up to 2 parking passes for any guests staying and there is a grocery store and retail shops an approximate 10 min drive from the condo. This unit comes furnished with all bed linens, beach towels, beach accessories such as chairs, umbrella, and toys and has a fully stocked kitchen.
