Beach farmstay private room with hot tub

The space includes a huge north facing room with private bathroom, including claw foot bath and shower. Double glass doors open to the private porch overlooking the front garden and lawns which is all yours to enjoy. In the evenings, why not take a dip in your private hot tub. The shared kitchen is equipped with espresso machine, eggs and other essentials. The house is shared with the host and two dogs. Please do not choose to stay here if you are not ok with dogs in the house 🙏🐶 The space The whole property is 7 acres and inhabits 2 humans, 2 dogs, 8 sheep, 5 chooks and 1 duck (so far). Its a very neat and picturesque property completely with a small lake, green fields, veggie garden and fruit trees. We are in a great spot half way between Albany and Denmark (only 20 mins drive) and just a few mins from Cosy Corner Beach and West Cape Howe National Park. For cyclists, the Munda Biddi Trail goes right past our property, and for hikers, the Bibbulmun Track is down the road. The Cape, cafe/bar/general store is our local and just down the road. We have Boston Brewery 15 mins away, and for lovers of food and wine we have long list of choice local wineries to visit in the region. The house is large and we only host guests when one of the hosts is away - so more space for you! You have private access to the whole front of the house including master bedroom, bathroom, lounge room, front lawns and hot tub. Also feel free to walk about the whole property. The kitchen and laundry is shared with the one host. Note: This is a doggie property and our dogs have access to the back of the house where they have their beds. Please only enquire if you also love dogs. Guest access Plenty of parking for you at the property which is close to your room. You do need a car to get around the areas. The local beach and café is accessible by bicycle if you have your own. During your stay Me and the dogs will be at the back end of the house, while the private room and en suite is at the front. The shared kitchen and loungeroom is between. I'll be out and about or at home doing work, but you can always call if you need anything at all.
