The space For use of the 2nd bedroom, choose the Two Bedroom listing or after booking request an upgrade. Guest access At this time, the home is rented either as a one bedroom or two. Note: this is not a shared space. Even if you only book one room, the house is closed to other bookings. If you rent only one bedroom we ask that you stay out of the second room. This helps keep the cost lower due to savings on cleaning. The is an upstairs loft that is not complete. We ask that you do not access that either for that same reasons and because it is not yet “ready.” Laundry is in the basement. There is also a functioning toilet, but no sink. This is not uncommon in homes of this period. Someday we do intend to build a full bathroom down there, but that is not today. There is some storage of personal items in the basement, we ask to remain private. The rest of the house is for you to enjoy.
