Nice apartment, spacious two-room apartment of 45 square meters just renovated in the center of Florence, a 5-minute walk from the central station of Santa Maria Novella and 5 minutes from the Duomo and the main monuments of Florence. The space In the heart of Florence's historic center, a few minutes' walk from the central station of Santa Maria Novella and therefore from the bus terminal coming from the airport (you will save money for taxis that are expensive in Florence: €20-30); but also from all the main monuments of the city, such as the Duomo with its majestic dome, the Medici Chapels, Palazzo Vecchio, etc. Located in the historic and "colorful" district of San Lorenzo, close to the historic market of the same name, in a building of ancient origin, the apartment is characterized by a classic style, thanks to the exposed brick arches and the large vault that covers the living room but with a contemporary spirit, thanks to its modern-style furniture. The apartment consists of two large rooms, a comfortable bathroom complete with every comfort, and a small entrance, for a total of 45 square meters. The two rooms are respectively: a large living room equipped with a kitchen with an island equipped with everything. An essential space for moments of relaxation, complete with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs from which you can comfortably watch TV. It is a real living room that is often missing in smaller one-room or two-room apartments. Then there is an extendable table with 6 seats ideal for breakfasts or lunches and dinners prepared in the kitchen complete with everything you need to cook. The sofa also turns into a comfortable double bed if necessary. The bedroom is also very large and houses a nice wardrobe and a chest of drawers that will be at your disposal, also offering additional space for your luggage, even in this case the situation is far from that found in apartments of smaller sizes where the room barely accommodates the double bed, the wardrobe and little else. The bathroom is also very comfortable, featuring a toilet, bidet, large shower, and spacious sink, and a shoe cabinet with a mirror. The entire apartment is also warm and welcoming, thanks to the real oak parquet floor that matches the worktop of the kitchen block with island, located in the living area.
