This home is set up as the homeowners winter getaway so it has a cozy lived in feel with it fully stocked kitchen, open laundry room, a large screened in pool as well as a hot tub for everyone to enjoy! Pool Heating Notice Our pool is equipped with a heater to help maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. Please note that during colder winter months, when outside temperatures drop, the heater may not always be able to bring the water up to your desired warmth. We appreciate your understanding! Guest access Guests have access to all area except the shed and locked supply closet. There is free driveway parking with a maximum of 3 vehicles! Other things to note **Please do not bring more than 3 vehicles. **Quiet time hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property is equipped with decibel monitoring sensors located inside and outside of the home. Removing the decibel monitors will result in a full security deposit loss. **No loud parties **No glass by the pool **Homeowner or property managers are not liable for any accidents that occur in or near the pool. Please swim at your own risk. **Please refrain from bringing pool floats that have confetti/glitter inside of them. This can cause issues for the pool if one pops, and the confetti/glitter gets into the pool. Thank you for understanding! We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap. If you need anything, please contact us through the Airbnb messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST. We do our best to keep our pools well maintained, however during the summer months with our daily wind and rainstorms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult.
