This blueWavePlace Sofia home is a 55 sq. m (or 550 sf), modern, bright, and located in the heart of Sofia. Just 5 minutes walk from the main shopping Blvd. Maria Luiza and Blvd. Vitosha. Sights and attractions are steps away. The train, bus and metro station "Serdika", as well as government buildings, are just minutes away from the apartment. The apartment features 1 unique bedroom (with queen size bed and a large closet area, a living room that seating furnished with full-size mattress, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also features free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Walk Score of 96 out of 100: A Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car. It is easy to get to the apartment by using the metro which takes you only a block away from it (station "Serdika II"). You can find nearby the commercial complex "Central Hali Market Hall" (for short Halite), the everyday market with fresh fruits and vegetables "Jenski Pazar", The Sofia Synagogue, embassies, banks, restaurants, the National Theatre, the Sofia Opera House or the National Historical Museum. Feel free to access and use the whole apartment with the exception of the locked portion of the closet in the hallway. We keep our everyday supplies that guests typically do not need so please respect it and don't try to open the door by force. Check-in and check-out are seamless by keeping the keys in a lockbox and showing you detailed instructions on how to get the keys on your own. Upon reservation, you will receive information for checking-in on your own so that you can arrive at any time after check-in time. PARKING: There is plenty of street parking available in nearby "blue zones" for which you have to pay via SMS or buy a parking permit. You're not allowed in "green zones". Alternatively, search for a nearby parking garage and we have plenty within a block from us. The best way to come from the airport is by taxi and it costs about 6-8 Euros (or 12-15 Lev). Check-in starts at 3 p.m. and it is not possible for us to accommodate earlier check-in or later check-out because we need time to clean and prepare in-between guests. We provide all the toiletries and linen for your stay, just like a hotel would (but a lot better). We do not offer any discounts other than the automated discounts that you will receive if you stay longer than 7 or 30 days.
