Welcome to my Northstar getaway! This condo is a 5-minute walk to The Village and a 12-15 minute walk to the gondola in the winter. Enjoy the serenity from the top unit in the building, and relax, knowing that not only do you have the full unit to yourself, none of the walls are shared either! WiFi is stable and fast - perfect for WFH. Located right behind the paid parking lot of Northstar's Village, this is as close as you can get without actually staying inside The Village itself! Your party will have the entire fully furnished 1 bedroom loft to yourselves. The condo is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) and none of the walls are shared. Please note that there are no elevators, so walking up stairs is a requirement. You will also have access to the common laundry room with a washer and dryer. Locked by keypad - all codes and various details will be given closer to the reservation date. I have my phone on me pretty much at all times, you can expect quick responses whether you have a question about the place before you look to book, or if any queries arise during your stay. I live a few hours away, but I have multiple handymen and a cleaning team I work with. I'm guessing you know about the skiing and snowboarding. But there are many other activities available at The Village, including the movies, many restaurants, yoga, spas, ice/roller skating, and the mountain is even open for downhill biking in the summer! Additionally, only guests of select condos have access to Northstar's rec center. It's about a 5 minute walk over. For $5 per person, you have access to the heated pools (82-84 degrees year round!), fitness center, game room, and spa services! Spa services cost extra. This location is ideal for those who want to just stay at Northstar to ski/snowboard, eat, drink, sleep, and do it all over again. Everything is within walking distance! The lake is about 15 minutes away, Tahoe City about 20 minutes, Reno about 40 minutes, and nearby restaurants and grocery stores are also about 15 minutes away. Please note that the cleaning fee is a one-time fee regardless of the length of your stay. At the end of your stay, simply pick your things up and leave! There are no cleaning requirements on your end. My cleaning team will get the place ready for the next guests. During the winter time, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This will help cover additional incurred expenses due to inclement weather, which is common here. Additionally, please properly prepare for the travel to and from the area during the winter. While there is a paved road to the front of the condo building, chains may be required during blizzard conditions and would be recommended to be kept in the car regardless. Snow tires and all-wheel drive vehicles are also recommended if the option exists. Traditional emergency preparedness items are always recommended in the area. Radio, flashlight, clothes, food, batteries, blankets, water, etc. are always helpful items to carry in the Tahoe area. More so during the winter. Do you have a special or unique request?
