Manhattan Beach Ocean View Home

My air conditioned 3bd/2ba home is only a 4 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to a dozen local restaurants and bars. There are beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, bicycles, sand toys and other recreational items that are available for your use. There is dedicated off street parking for two cars. The space My two story home has two parts. The bottom floor is a complete apartment with a private entrance and it's own complete kitchen, living room, king bedroom and bathroom. The top floor is a two bedroom one bath. One bedroom is a king and the other is a twin bedroom with two twin beds. Enjoy the ocean view from the living room and deck. It has a totally equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, granite counter tops and beautifully tiled bath. There are lockable connecting privacy doors between the top and bottom floors. When unlocked it becomes the complete 3 bedroom home. There is a patio in back with table, chairs and BBQ. The house can accommodate two extra people by sleeping on couches or provided air mattresses for a total of 8. Guest access Guests have unrestricted access to all areas of the house plus the washer and dryer and two off street parking spaces in front of the house. All recreational equipment in the garage is also available. Includes bicycles, surf boards, boogie boards and sand toys. The only thing off limits is the owners lock out room and the vintage Porsche parked in the garage. This is not a party house. The neighbors in the sand section of Manhattan Beach are way too close to have noisy parties late into the night. Please respect the families that are close. They won't complain to you and maybe not even me. They go straight to the police for some reason. Other things to note My favorite local walking distance restaurants: OB's Sports Bar. Good food, large portions, and a lot of TV's with all the games. Special nights for food like Taco Tuesday, Burger Thurs. etc. Fish Bar: Good fish tacos and happy hour. Sloopys for any meal but I like breakfast. The Local Yolk, North End and Sharkeys. Panchos for Mexican food but it's a bit $$$ for burritos. El Tarasco is my favorite for Mexican food.
