Please Note: access to the private entrance is via a backyard hill and may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations. Guests will have access to convenient driveway parking for up to two (2) vehicles, making arrival and unloading easy. To help keep things simple for everyone, parking is limited to the driveway only and no additional street parking is available. With a private entrance, comfortable layout, and thoughtful amenities, the suite is designed for a smooth, relaxing stay from the moment you arrive. After a day out, unwind in the living area with a large smart TV - perfect for a cozy night in with your favorite shows or a movie. Layout:This private walkout guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and is fully separate from the main living area. Guests have their own private entrance, two bedrooms, one full spacious bathroom, and a comfortable living space to enjoy. The space is completely private during your stay, with no shared interior areas. However you like to unwind and unplug, there's something extra here for you -books, board games, cards, coloring. The slightly graded backyard takes you down to your private walkout entrance (motion lights illuminate the pathway at night). This fenced in backyard is completely yours to enjoy while staying here. Your private entrance allows you to come and go as early or late as you please. In addition to the left side of the driveway, street parking is not available due to village ordinances. However, our driveway can accommodate two sedans or one large SUV/Truck. Need to stretch your legs? Great sidewalks and a playground await! Your four-legged guests are always a pleasure to have, well behaved dogs are welcome. We ask that our human guests also mind smoking is not permitted on the property. Note: Owners may be on property during your stay in a private 2nd floor (main floor) unit, not part of your rental space, with separate access. We do have a dog on the property (friendly). We do have her utilize the backyard, however, upon request we will restrict her access to the backyard if you would like the backyard to be exclusively yours throughout your stay. Please just let us know ahead of time so we can make the appropriate accommodations. Thank you! Other things to note Nothing makes us happier than sharing our blessings. Please note the A/C and Heat are on an upstairs (main level) thermostat. It is controlled via Wi-Fi and the hosts can make adjustments upon request. Relax and enjoy yourself, have a great time but no parties please.
