The cottage offers a full kitchen, 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths (plus an outdoor shower). Sit out on the sunny deck & BBQ or head into Mystic for some of the best seafood dining & nightlife. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and flatscreen TV with WIFI/Netflix and all games you need for rainy beach days. The perfect New England getaway. The space Small Kitchen but fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, stove, large refrigerator. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Large dining table in breakfast nook fits 6-8 ppl. Beds- 2 Queens and 1 Queen pull out sofa in Living area. Guest access Grill, Outdoor shower, laundry machines. Bathing towels and bedding included. Other things to note Please note we have a strict check out policy and check in policy in the months of June, July and August. 11am sharp check out. 3pm check in.
