Devin Farm is a village house located in two-storey olive trees, equipped with the paintings of Nuran Erden, known as the "peasant painter". 5 minutes (3.4 km) from the sea; 10 minutes by car from Alaçatı, Ildır, Reisdere and Ilıca, the house offers a nostalgic local experience for both your family and your four-legged friends with its furniture and accessories from the 1950s and 60s. The space Building: You can enjoy yourself under the olive trees in the garden in Germiyan, Çeşme, you can swim in the sea in 5 minutes on the coast of Germiyan and in 10 minutes in Ilıca. For those who are interested in gardening and want to grow their own produce by staying longer, our raised plant beds, which the host personally takes care of, are hospitable. Rooms: There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition to the garden on the ground floor, there is a large patio with olive trees and nature views. The upper floor is a double suite room equipped with a double bed, an authentic coffee table, a buffet, a nostalgic wardrobe and armchairs, and will be available for use when there is an additional guest. Note: The kitchen and two bathrooms are equipped in accordance with modern requirements and there are two separate dining tables indoors.
