Quartzsite Sunset Cottage Nightly and Weekly Stays

Free Internet! Well behaved pets (2 small, unless other arrangements are made) are welcome. Dish tv. This is a 400 sf Tiny home. Up to three total guests with extra bed. Free 160 channels of Dish TV. We will continue to completely sanitize the cottage after each guest, door knobs, keypad included. The cottage is by itself and only our wonderful housekeeper Tina, and the guests enter. All towels and bedding are removed after each visit. The space The Kitchen has a micro, fridge & coffee maker. Free Dish TV. Free WIFI. The shower is walker friendly with a seat. The bedroom has a full size bed and a closet. This home is in a small old retirement rv park. There is a on site manager, should anything go wrong. We are 1/4 mile from I 10, exit 19 & 1 mile east of HWY 95 N & S. Let us know ahead when you will arrive and we will have the air conditioning on for you! This Tiny Home is easy in and out and only minutes from the Interstate 10 and highway 95. Love's Fuel is 2 miles up the street and less than a 1/4 from the Freeway exit 19 and 1 mile from highway 95. There is room for two cars. The cottage has parking in front of the bedroom. There is no one on either side of the cottage. Guest access The space where the cottage is fenced. The desert across the street is public BLM land. Other things to note Please do NOT leave pets unattended inside the cottage. If they are in a kennel that is ok.
