We will continue to completely sanitize the cottage after each guest, door knobs, keypad included. The cottage is by itself and only our wonderful housekeeper Tina, and the guests enter. All towels and bedding are removed after each visit. The Kitchen has a micro, fridge & coffee maker. Free Dish TV. Free WIFI. The shower is walker friendly with a seat. The bedroom has a full size bed and a closet. This home is in a small old retirement rv park. There is a on site manager, should anything go wrong. We are 1/4 mile from I 10, exit 19 & 1 mile east of HWY 95 N & S. Let us know ahead when you will arrive and we will have the air conditioning on for you! This Tiny Home is easy in and out and only minutes from the Interstate 10 and highway 95. Love's Fuel is 2 miles up the street and less than a 1/4 from the Freeway exit 19 and 1 mile from highway 95. There is room for two cars. The cottage has parking in front of the bedroom. There is no one on either side of the cottage. The space where the cottage is fenced. The desert across the street is public BLM land. If you should need help of any kind please send me a message. I am up until midnight and will hear the ding should it be later, unless of course it's an emergency, then please call me. The cottage is 1/4 mile from the interstate, 1 mile from downtown Main St. and 1 mile from rock and gem shows during January and February. You can see where to eat by joining the Face Book group, Quartzsite Area Eats. There are several restaurants open year round and many during the winter months. McDonalds, Carl's Jr, Burger King are at the west end of Main Street. There is Chester Chicken inside Love's Country Store on the west end of Kuehn St. There is also a Subway Sandwich in Loves and Pilot travel stop on Main St. Walking, Bike, Motorized Bike, ATV, Town Bus to different surrounding towns and of course by car. Please do NOT leave pets unattended inside the cottage.
