Located within 2 miles of both Marist and Vassar Colleges, as well as a short drive from The Culinary Institute of America. Historic villages of Hyde Park and Rhinebeck are just a short drive along the river. As well as fast access to hiking and biking trails in local Shawangunk mountains, Mohonk Preserve, and Minnewaska State Park. This is a private second floor apartment so ability to walk a flight of stairs is necessary. Space includes 3 bedrooms - a queen bed, a full bed, and a twin bed. There is one bathroom with full shower. Kitchen and pantry are stocked with many necessities to make your stay more comfortable. Electric stove, full size fridge, and coffee maker provided. There are two porches, one in the front overlooking the street and the second in the back overlooking the backyard. Living room has TV with Amazon Fire Stick. Fans are provided in every room to help circulate air but the apartment will still get quite warm during the Summer months. We are centrally located in the city just a short drive to the Valley’s premier attractions. We are within walking distance of Vassar College that has wonderful arts programs, museums and the amazing Powerhouse Theater. Just walking the campus is a treat any time of year. Train station is only .5 mile away - most attractactions are more accessible by vehicle. Local cab or car service recommended if you don’t have a car. Driveway parking will be available for up to 2 vehicles - guests should notify when booking if parking will be necessary
