The space Spacious, clean and comfortable, this private apartment boasts three bedrooms with queen-size beds, a cozy living room, three-season screened porch, bathroom and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a single induction cooktop burner, mini refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and a full-size kitchen sink. Though it is not a fully equipped kitchen, the kitchenette has everything you might need to make simple meals: cookware, cutting boards, utensils, colanders, dishes etc. It will also be stocked with coffee, cream, sugar, tea, oatmeal fixins, and a few snacks. Provision shopping such as Red Feet Wine, Greenstar Cooperative Market and Ithaca Bakery are within walking distance or a 4 minute drive. Note: This apartment has been inspected and permitted for short-term rental by the City of Ithaca. Permit # STR-25-66 Guest access This second-floor apartment is private and accessible with a key in a lockbox. The guest off-street parking is a shared driveway with our neighbors. Guests are asked to kindly stay to the left side of the driveway. Other things to note Because this apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood, it's not suitable for parties. There is a Roku TV in the living room available for guests who have accounts such as Netflix & Hulu that they would like to log in to.
