Steps away from Main Street, this property is close to everything making it easy to plan your visit. It's located on one of Hamilton’s most beautiful streets in the Rossville Historic District, is one of the oldest rental properties in the county, and is the on the historic registry. However, the unit is completely remodeled and updated with stainless steel appliances, subway tiled kitchen, ceramic tile shower surround, and laminate vinyl plank throughout. A cool, quaint place! The space This is a single family home that is two stories. On the first floor you'll have a spacious living area that has a sleeper sofa and reclining leather chair. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook a meal or just enjoy a cup of coffee or complementary snack. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen bed and a bean bag that converts to a full bed. We have invested in high quality sheets, bedding and towels to make your experience relaxing and comfortable. We replace these items regularly. We also have an air mattress and pack n play available if needed. Off the bedroom on the second floor is the bathroom. It has a spacious shower with a shower head that guests have said is "the best"! Off the bathroom there is a washer/dryer combo if you find you need to do a quick load while you're visiting (don't worry, there's detergent too!). Please note that parties of any kind are not permitted at this property. We live in the neighborhood and love its unique charm. It's perfect because it's in a safe neighborhood but within walking distance to so many great offerings. And we believe it's one of the prettiest streets in Hamilton! Guest access You will have access to the entire two-story home. A designated parking spot is behind the home, and there is one guest parking spot that may be available. You'll be given a unique key code for the entrance lock on the front door. Typically, we send this on the day of arrival. Other things to note If you're travelling with other family members or teammates who need a place to stay, we own two additional properties next to this one. It's a perfect situation if you're wanting your own space but want to enjoy being close to each other! Reach out if your parties are interested in renting multiple houses during the same period.
