Beautiful duplex apartment incl. parking

Being close to the project, staying flexible in time and locally or simply enjoying the vacation. We offer a beautiful duplex apartment. The minimum stay is 2 nights up to a maximum of 1 year. The apartment is fully equipped incl. Kitchen, WiFi, washing machine etc. We are about a 5 minute drive from the A9, between Ingolstadt and Munich and a 5 minute walk from the train station, to Munich main station the train journey takes 30 minutes. The train can't be heard from us. The space The apartment is completely new and very tasteful and cozy. It has a lot of windows and is therefore very bright and friendly. An absolute eye-catcher is the high ceiling with sloping roof and the exposed beams. There is also a washing machine in the apartment, the drying rack is located in another area of the house. Guest access In the building is the apartment and our house. We use the front door together, it leads to a small corridor (penultimate photo of the advertisement) and apartment locks lead to the apartment or our house from here. Other things to note Use of a dryer is possible for a fee.
