Paddlers, surfers, and anglers also have several options for a great day on the water. End your day with fresh lobster on the deck or sample craft beers at one the fantastic breweries in downtown Biddeford. The space Located on Fletcher’s Peak in Biddeford Pool village, our home is beachy, bright & cozy. The two full baths and full kitchen are modern and stocked with all you need for a great stay. Comfortable year round with a heat pump HVAC system, providing AC on the rare days you aren’t enjoying the ocean breeze . New hot water, outdoor shower with changing room makes cleaning up from the beach easy and comfortable. Guest access Guests have use of all the finished areas of the home, second floor deck, yard area, and outdoor shower. Other things to note Linens and bath towels are provided, please provide your own beach towels. Please pick up after your dog and discard waste in the green trash barrel. Do not use the grass area on the far side of the driveway, it is the neighbor’s property. Trash barrel is green, single-stream recycling goes in the blue barrel. Trash barrels need to be rolled out to Mile Stretch Road, near the utility pole, on Sunday night. Trash pick up is early Monday morning. Barrels need to be brought back in on Monday.
