Mermaid's Landing is a relaxing retreat on Cedar Creek Reservoir, the perfect location for a multi-family getaway. This 4 bedroom property is complete with 2 living rooms, a bunk room, a screened in porch with a hot tub, and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the wide open water views. The space Master Bedroom has a king bed. Two upstairs bedrooms are complete with queen beds. Our bunk room has 2 sets of queen beds with twin XL trundles, and the sleeping loft contains 3 XL twin beds. Total beds sleep 15. The large living room is furnished with a comfy leather sectional and a 65 inch smart TV with cable and wifi. Send the kids to the bunk room for a game of ping pong or fun with the Wii Game System. There are plenty of board games, DVD's, a DVD player, and books to occupy your time. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, electric stove, and dishwasher, as well as a coffee bar. You will enjoy huge family dinners around the custom dining room table for 12. A secure gated backyard is the perfect place for your family. Spend your day on the lounge chairs, or cool off on the swings under the pergola misters. Your friends and family can host the perfect outdoor party using the fire pit, and the huge charcoal BBQ. Have some fun with our outdoor Jenga, yard darts, or bean bag toss games. Ending your night sitting on the patio as you watch the sunset over the lake is the perfect way to relax before bed. Guest access A boat dock is the perfect fishing spot or a great place to read a book as you hang out near the water. A steel ramp from the boat dock provides easy access in and out of the lake, and the sandy bottom lake is perfect for swimming or floating. Kick back, relax, and enjoy some fresh popped popcorn and a cold beverage. Gather with your friends and family around the game table, or curl up in a recliner by the gas fireplace. Enjoy beautiful lake views from the comfort of the second living room, which is also furnished with a 55 inch Smart TV and comfy recliners.
