Restaurants, amusements, shops, and more only a 100 yards. 3 BR + loft, sleeps 9. Fireplace, furnished kitchen, TV, WIFI, central A/C & heat and much more. Minimum 3 night stay during the summer and holidays. The space FULLY REMODELED MAY 2026 First floor sleeping - 1 bedroom with queen size bed. Second floor sleeping - 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with 3 twins beds (two are bunk beds) and a queen size sleeper sofa in the loft. 1 full bathroom on each level. Circular stairway between levels with great views from mostly glass front facade. Great place to watch the sunset. Large exterior deck in front of house with picnic table. Park type charcoal grill behind house and at lake front (except in winter months). Guest access Deep Creek Lake access for swimming and boating. Wood walkway down to water (about 75 yards from house). Our boat slip is (slip 14). Park type charcoal grills at lake front and behind our house. Picnic table at lakefront shared with all guests. Two parking spaces in front of chalet can fit 3 vehicles. One of the spaces is longer and can accommodate 2 vehicles. I am always available by phone or email, but you are renting the entire house. Other things to note Great restaurants on the lake and surrounding areas. State park nearby with sandy beach. Boat, bike, canoe rentals available from local vendors. Wisp and separate vendors offers zip line, mountain coaster, paintball, bike rental, 3 golf courses on the lake and many other amenities open to the public. Deep Creek Lake has 60 miles of shoreline.
