4* House Le Printemps de Royan, close to the beaches

In the heart of Royan, close to beaches and shops, our family home has been renovated by creating 2 independent apartments for 4 people where everyone can live at their own pace with all the comforts officially classified 4* by the tourist office. Meals can be enjoyed in the wooded garden and grilled on the charcoal barbecue. Chileans are available to rest in the great outdoors. The space House divided into two 4-person apartments with two bedrooms each. One with a 140*200 bed, the other with two single beds. Open kitchen. Shaded garden ideal for family vacations. Linens are provided (included in the price) Guest access You have access to the whole house and garden except: - a room that we reserve for our personal belongings that remains closed, - Two rooms that remain open but contain our garden and DIY tools, which are not to be used. Please note that the additional appliances in the garage are reserved for us, unless there is a special request. Other things to note The house is listed on the Royan Tourist Office website and is officially rated 4 stars, due to the comfort services offered which have been certified by the organization after audit. You can visit the site. Linens ( sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels) are included in the price you pay. We are very strict about daily maintenance and the way our tenants take care of the house, which is why we provide a squeegee for the shower walls, cleaning products, a broom and a vacuum cleaner... to maintain a minimum level of cleanliness, even though we personally do the end-of-stay cleaning (no housekeeper), as we live in the house when it is not rented.
