Fagertun - Sunny house in Isfjorden

Vacation with family, workation with friends or colleagues, or maybe just a peaceful getaway with your partner? Fagertun is placed beautifully in the heart of Isfjorden, on the sunny side of the valley. Vengetind stands proudly as the centrepiece of the view whilst the fjord and mountains in the west give a more calming sensation as the sun sets. The house offers a beautiful terrace with sun from early morning till late evening, perfect for après-ski/climbs! The space The house is south facing and spacious, and has a spectacular view of Vengetind, Isfjorden and a whole range of other beautiful peaks. The house has three bedrooms. Room 1 - A large room with two single beds that can be put together as a double bed, a small children's bed and a large fireplace. Room 2 - A small room with two single beds that can be put together as a double bed. Room 3 - A medium sized room with a large couch that transitions into a double bed. This room doubles as an office with a desk with a widescreen, keyboard, mouse and chair. The kitchen is well equipped, but of a later date. The stove is a brand new induction stove and oven. There is of course a dishwasher and fridge. The living room has a dining area with a large dining table (room for up to 12 people) and a lounge section with two sofas and two comfortable armchairs. It has a wood fired oven. The majority of the house has heated floors, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom and entrance hall. There are brand new heat-pumps / ACs in the hallway and living room. The entrance hall is large and perfect for drying off skiing clothes and boots. The bathroom is large with a shower cabinet, heatet floor and several cupboards. It is of later date, but is in good working order. The house also offers a washing room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, a drying closet and several drying racks. There is an EV-charger in the garage.
