It's part of the house, but separated from the family living area. It also has its own outdoor patio and dining area overlooking the vineyard in a fully fenced back yard. It is heated and cooled by a whisper-quiet, state-of-the-art split-duct system. The room is 270 sq ft and has a private toilet and shower. While we do not have a TV, we do provide 1GB fast WIFI. Easy street parking in safe neighborhood. Conveniently located within waking distance to restaurants and Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa. The historic Sonoma Plaza is 3 miles away. There are easily 50 wineries and tasting rooms within a 10-15 minute drive. 10-minute drive to Jack London State Park and other hiking. Guest access This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door using a unique personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Other things to note No smoking inside. Please observe outdoor quiet times between 10 pm and 8 am. Dog Policy: We love dogs and well-behaved dogs are permitted for $75/dog one-time charge for your entire stay. Please let us know what size dog you have when booking so we know what size dog bed to provide. We also provide food/water bowls. We will send a separate request for the dog cleaning fee one week before your reservation.
