The Jardins de la Muse site is located in Basse-Goulaine, a quarter of an hour from Nantes. Large property located in a nice wooded park, offering 5 guest rooms and 1 gîte. Access to indoor pool (temperature around 20°C), gym. Paid: therapeutic Jacuzzi. The entire property is shared between the owners of the premises and the tenants of the other accommodations (30 people); parties are prohibited. (Note: dogs are present on the property) The space Bedroom 3 Enjoy a comfortable room and warm decor, on the 1st floor of the house (stair access). To ensure you have a pleasant stay, we provide you with: a double bed, a connected TV, a coffee machine, a private bathroom with bathtub (shared toilet on the landing for 3 bedrooms), as well as a desk area. Breakfast: €12/pers Breakfast - 12 years old: €8/person Guest access Check-in from 4 p.m. Check-out before 11am. Rental includes access to the pool, poolside terrace and gym, between 8am and 9pm. Access to the Jacuzzi is only on request for a fee of 12 euros per person for one hour. Other things to note This is a reminder that you are renting a guest room. A guest room is a room in someone's home. Enjoyment of the rest of the house, terrace and green spaces is not part of the rental, unless expressly stated. Bedding and cleaning are included in the service. Breakfast is also offered to all guests at a rate not included in the rental price. The owner of the property lives in the house. It offers several guest rooms, and a cottage, and is therefore able to accommodate several guests simultaneously. We ask that you be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night or during the siesta, and to respect the private nature of the house (private areas for the enjoyment of the owners). Parties are strictly forbidden. Access to the pool, sauna and gym is granted only to guests of the guest house (invited guests prohibited), according to the opening hours, i.e. from 8am to 9pm. The owners reserve the right to limit access at their discretion. Access to the Jacuzzi is only on request for a fee of 12 euro per person for one hour. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the room. The use of candles is strictly prohibited.
