Plaz Vilka Beachfront Cottage #4 is a Quaint cottage located on Lake Erie, close to Cedar Point Amusement Park. Beautiful views and sunsets. Relaxing seating areas to watch the water or read. A perfect place to unwind. Nearby is the nautical town of Vermilion, with shops and restaurants. Rates are taxed 13.75% (OH sales & Erie Co lodging combined). Seasonal rental from May 1st thru October 31st. Cottages are vintage, from an era when families came to the Vermilion area on the electric railroad from Cleveland, Toledo, Detroit, etc to relax in the sunshine and enjoy Lake Erie. Located four miles west of beautiful Vermilion, a great place on a Great Lake filled with shops and restaurants. The one room Cottage is 20 x 20 with a separate shower bath. A kitchenette (Two burner electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator) is in one corner of the room, and guests can also access the larger Patio Kitchen with full sized, gas range near the grill area. Free WiFi. Think 'Tiny House'! Guests walk to the large waterfront backyard for the magnificent view. Walk in the water sandy beach, terraced deck to view amazing sunsets. Campfire ring for making s'mores (firewood provided), large patio kitchen near beach, complete with gas & charcoal grills. Cottage has its own kitchenette. The large patio kitchen near the water, complete with BBQ grills - both gas & charcoal, is a great place to sneak off to if your bunk mates are sleeping and you're ready for a cup of coffee! Guests can access in the large waterfront backyard: BBQ grills (two gas, one charcoal), Patio Kitchen (with full range, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer), Gazebo, fire pits (two)-with firewood provided, multiple seating areas to view the water & sunsets. The terraced deck is accessible from Gazebo & down one flight of stairs. The sandstone deck at the waterfront is accessible down from a second flight of stairs. A sandy beach is located on the east edge of the sandstone deck which allows guests to access the water. The entire beach (110 feet) area is sand and the water depth gradually increases to a depth of 4 feet, 60 feet out into the water, perfect for swimming or using a floatie on the water. Corn hole game, croquet, and volleyball. Close to Cedar Point Amusement Park. At the end of their stay guests are asked to do the following: •Remove all linens from bed(s) used and place in a pillowcase on the floor. Fold blankets/quilts & leave on bed. •Place used towels in a 2nd pillowcase & leave on floor for laundry pick-up. •Clean shower/sink/toilet with bath cleaner spray in base cabinet & paper towels provided. •Empty refrigerator of food & wipe out frig/kitchenette counter/table with kitchen cleaner & paper towels provided. •Please take all trash to bins by garden shed.
