Our charming three bedroom, two bathroom home is beautifully decorated & has free WiFi. We have two bedrooms downstairs ( a queen and a double), one bathroom with a jacuzzi tub & a shower with a corner bench seat. Upstairs there is an alcove that has a daybed with a trundle bed. There is a king bedroom with an alcove that has a twin bed. The second bathroom is located upstairs and has a tub/shower combo unit. Our home is located on the Main Street of our small town therefore, there is traffic coming & going. Generally after dark, it's fairly quiet. Our kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and crockpot. The stove is electric and the refrigerator/freezer has filtered water, an ice maker and dispenser system in the door. We have everything you could need to cook an entire meal. The TV does not have cable but there is ROKU tv, a Chromecast and a DVD player. We have a pack n' play, a Swing Tray Feeding Booster (high chair) and two baby gates to block the stairs if needed. We both have small grandchildren and know how important these things can be! The large deck on the back of the house is perfect for barbecuing. There is a gas grill that is just waiting to be used and we even have grilling tools! Just about three blocks from the house is the beautiful Mammoth Spring State Park, Welcome Center and the Spring River. The park has a great playground, picnic tables and walking path. Also, just across the railroad tracks behind the park entrance there is the Mammoth Spring National Fish Hatchery Aquatic Conservation Center. The center opened in April of 2014 and is something the family is sure to love! There are several locally owned canoe rental companies (Many Islands, Spring River Campground, and Dam 3 Canoe Rental), that offer canoe, kayak and raft rentals. If you are looking for a good fishing trip, check in with Mark Crawford at Spring River Flies and Guides . Also, another site to visit if time allows while in the area, Grand Gulf State Park. We have many other beautiful sites to visit in our surrounding area. If you love nature, hiking, etc, you are in the right place!! Each entrance to the house has a security camera. You'll have full access to the entire house, porches and yard. Your door code will be provided the day before your arrival. If you encounter any problems, I'm just a short distance away. Feel free to call with any questions or concerns. The house is located near several restaurants, Spring River and Mammoth Spring State Park. There is no public transportation in our area. We have parking in front of our home as well as a private drive beside the house. There is central heat and air in the house. There are two separate air units for the upstairs and downstairs. We have three tower fans for those who like to sleep with a fan also.
