The view is fantastic. The patio can be shaded with an auto retractable awning or left open for winter sun to come in. It is private and away from neighbors. The unit is southwest facing. Currently, the lake on hole 12 is lower than normal due to the water shortage. Entire unit, clubhouse, tennis courts are free, golf course open to public, all pools and spa. Have breakfast at Desert Willow Golf Course or Desert Falls Country Club. Both are great. Desert Falls Country Club is located on the northeast corner of Cook Street and Country Club Drive. The JW Marriott is located on the southwest corner of that same block. Shuttle services are available from that parking lot for all April festivals. Parking on driveway or in garage is acceptable. No street parking overnight. Garage must remain closed unless unloading. Monday is trash day. Put cans out Sunday night and take in by Tuesday evening. Palm Desert License #43231. Weather conditions can change quickly in the desert. Sand storms are know to occur occasionally and strong winds are not uncommon. However, winds are typically not a problem in Desert Falls CC. Summers experience extreme heat well over 100 degrees. Please prepare accordingly. We have a monthly extermination service to keep the desert bugs in check. They will typically knock on your door the day of treatment to ask if you want them to spray inside. Let them know if you want them to come or not (your choice). The golf course typically closes down for re seeding anywhere from late September - early November. This schedule varies depending on weather conditions and timing of the club.
