This thoughtfully designed and well equipped self contained annex is perfect for motorsport enthusiasts and countryside ramblers alike. It is also ideal for those looking for temporary accommodation for longer periods as it has all the facilities you will need to make this a home from home. The space The self contained annex comprises of a cozy living area with a spacious 3 seater sofa, wall mounted TV and complimentary Sky Q package including Sky Cinema and Netflix. Entry to the property is via a private front door which takes you into the accommodation’s utility area, which in turn leads into the annex. The compact yet perfectly formed kitchen provides all utensils and equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a full sized electric hob, oven with integral grill, microwave, and slimline dishwasher. The fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer for the accommodation are situated in the utility area and are for your personal use. The front aspect double bedroom includes a clothes rail and bedside tables with side lamps. For an extra guest, the dining room may be reconfigured as a separate single bedroom, with fold down chair bed. If not used as a bedroom, the chair bed provides a comfortable separate space overlooking the hosts south facing back garden. There is a small dining table with 4 stools which double up as side tables in the living area. Guest access Guests gain access by coded key box, however the host lives in the adjoining property so is at hand if required. Other things to note Complimentary tea, coffee and milk will be provided for your arrival, together with a light breakfast basket for your first morning. If this is not required, maybe because of dietary requirements or allergies, please let the host know in advance of arrival.
