The location is great- by Main St, 10 minutes from Dares Beach, 15 minutes from Chesapeake Beach, 20 minutes from Cove Point and 30 minutes frm Solomon's Island. The space Your room is a private small nautical themed sunroom/ bedroom in a 5-bedroom Colonial and historic house Est 1919. The location is fantastic and convenient- by Main St., 10 minutes from Dares Beach, 15 minutes from Chesapeake Beach, 20 minutes from Cove Point and 30 minutes from Solomon's Island. Cozy Sunroom - with flat screen TV, coffee table by the window, comfortable queen bed and a sleeper couch (can turn into double bed), antique French doors, full bathroom with flat-panel cabinets, own entrance/ exit leading to a relaxing space with fire pit by the patio. It's a great base to explore this quaint, charming, little historical town of Prince Frederick. Although you will have your own refrigerator and a microwave, our kitchen is at your disposal per request. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, and appliances as needed. We have plenty of storage space available for groceries. You can also use the dishwasher to clean them after use. Directions from Airport: Subway Metro: Greenline to Naylor Road, 55 minutes ($40 Uber) Accessibility: There are about 6 steps to the room, and otherwise it is flat. Guest access You will have access to a full bath, patio and backyard with a fire pit, kitchen and dining area (per request), and a parking space (with sign that says VISITOR). During your stay I will give my cellphone numbers and email addresses if guests want to communicate after initial interaction during check in. If we don't bump into each other at home, I will make sure to respond to your messages as soon as possible to make your stay comfortable.
