Two bed up and private suite down, this home away from home is your retreat as you enjoy Hays! Off street parking in a central, quiet neighborhood gives you rest and comfort. The basement suite has a large egress window in the bedroom, separate heat thermostat, a private bath, and lounge area, comfort of separate coffee pot and microwave. Backyard is fenced has a swing for the kidos! Highchair & Pak-n-Play, OR WORK, 3 desk areas with WiFi & 2 Smart TVs! The space This is a home that has been in my husband's family for two generations--yup, he grew up there! It is a warm and inviting space that welcomes you as you enter. There is off-street parking front or back and the special retreat in the lower level is a lovely surprise for our guests! PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS CORRECTLY WHEN YOU BOOK, THANK YOU! Guest access The home is all yours, along with the front and back yards. The garage is not available for guests but the back drive is. The yard is perfect for a game of washers or an evening of watching the kids on the swing set. Please, no pets. Other things to note The price quoted is for 2 people. There is an extra charge of $5 per person per day for every guest over the first two. This is a family neighborhood. Don't expect the college party noise, but also that means we are not a party house. Family gatherings and group visiting is encouraged but we always ask that our guests respect the neighbor's space and observe the city's noise ordinance, which is no outside loud activity after 10 PM. Loud activity is defined as noise that can be hear 25 feet away. There is a separate heating system for upstairs and downstairs. Each has its own thermostat. There is central air upstairs and a separate air conditioner for the basement. This is a NO Pets, NO Smoking of any kind home. Thank you!
