This unit extends on its own so you will not hear any walking noise from the ceiling. Walking in, guests will find a dedicated workspace at the window, a lovely and spacious living room (with new smart TV), and a dining area (with comfortable seating for 4). Just past the living room is the kitchen with a gas stove, oven, and full-sized fridge and freezer. I have a drip coffee maker and an electric tea kettle so that my guests can easily make their favorite cup in the mornings :) Each of the two bedrooms have a comfortable Queen-sized bed and closet to hang their belongings; to make sure my guests are able to settle in! The space is flooded with light given all of the windows (there are room darkening shades in the bedrooms). There is a designated parking space for your stay, plus plenty of free street parking. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the unit located on the ground floor. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer located on the first floor (in a locked room) which is shared with the my other units in the building. Other things to note Early check-in/late check-out may be accommodated depending on availability. Please ask me about it and I will do my best to make it work for you!
