Level 1 - main level: Spacious open concept room offers comfortable seating with 50 inches Smart TV and an inviting dining area for your enjoyment and relaxation. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen has a breakfast nook and a walk out to a large backyard deck. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, a big dresser with a mirror and a roomy walk in closet. Bedroom #2 has a single bed with a nightstand, shelving unit and a closet. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Level 2 - lower level: Cozy living room provides ample seating, a fireplace for chilly nights, modern TV projector and a bar for your entertainment. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, a dresser with a mirror and a walk in closet. Bedroom #4 has single over double bunk bed where can comfortably sleep 3 persons. All our beds have 100% cotton organic mattress protectors and soft cotton bed linens. There is also one full bathroom on the second level with jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. Our laundry room is equipped with big capacity washer and dryer and has an iron with ironing board. The deck is set up with a barbecue, outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the large fenced in backyard with mature trees. There is also a fire pit setup with comfortable chairs for your cozy nights and entertainment. Nestled on a quiet street this home is perfect for families and could be shared between 2 families as well. Our reliable wireless high speed internet will allow you to work remotely from the house. This home is available for stays 30 days or longer all year round for all 4 season fun. Please note that it’s our family home and we ask that our guests treat it as their own. Guest access The entire home is yours for the duration of your stay! Garage and lots of parking on the driveway that fits up to 4 cars. Special resident-only municipal parking permit is available during summer season. Self check-in with keyless smart lock on the door.
